OMP is a trade-only wholesaler of RC Model and Hobby Products.

How do I place an order?

If you are already part of our Australian Dealer Network then placing an order with us is easy! Login to your account by entering your details in the "sign in" page or in the box on the top right hand side of the header bar next to the search box. This will enable you to see all wholesale pricing, availability and even recommended retail pricing. Add all items you wish to purchase to your cart and "checkout". Our sales team will receive your order instantly and process the order for you. If you have an account with OMP, all in stock items on your order will be shipped immediately and you will be invoiced at the end of the month. If you are a Pre-Paid customer, our sales team will send you an invoice for your order and as soon as the payment has cleared, we will ship your items to you.

Can I add something to my order?

Once you have placed an order with OMP, on our website or over the phone, you have the ability to update this order until we have processed it ready for shipping. If you would like to update an order please contact us immediately as we try to be as quick as possible getting your orders ready for shipment and once the order has been fully processed we are unable to edit it. Please do not place an additional order in the first instance - this will attract additional freight charges and if possible we will add items to your initial order. You can contact OMP on 08-8186-8199 to amend your order if necessary.

What happens if I order something that is Out of Stock?

As a registered dealer, you can order everything in our product catalogue, at any time. This includes items that are out of stock or items that we may have on backorder with our suppliers. By placing an order for an item that is not in stock, we will automatically add this to your "backorder list" and, if it is not already on order from our suppliers, we will endeavour to order the item specifically for you. As soon as back-ordered items have shipped from our suppliers we will provide you with approximate ETAs. At any time, you are able to cancel an order for a back-ordered product, or increase your quantity. Simply give our sales team a call on 08-8186-0899. Our Sales team will automatically add any items to your next order that now in stock from your backorder list. For key stock items like new releases, we will ship out your back-orders as soon as they arrive.

What is a backorder?

When you place an order for an item that is not in stock, it is placed on backorder. This means that when the item arrives into stock it will be sent to you as soon as it is available. Wherever possible, when backorders become available, they will be added to an existing order to save on shipping costs.

Can I return an item?

To return an item to OMP please first call our service department on 08-8186-0899 and then, if advised, return goods to OMP using the Service Centre Returns Form.

What shipping methods do you use?

At OMP, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping to an overnight service, at no cost to you, where the volume of the goods is below 5kg. We offer standard and express courier options. All courier options are insured.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us. That is why we use a number of different carriers to ensure we can get your order to you regardless of your address or the size of your order. Delivery charges and the time the order takes to reach you depends upon your location, how much you have purchased, and, what freight method you have selected. So you receive your order as soon as possible, we aim for a maximum of 24 hour turnaround from the moment your order has been received to the order being shipped from our warehouse. There are times when this may stretch out to 48 hours but that is generally a case of items being temporarily out of stock, items at a different location or during peak periods. If items are not in stock, and are placed on backorder shipping will be delayed until the items have arrived.

Can I track my order?

All dispatched orders generate an email advice automatically which is sent to the email address provided by the customer. If your order is taking longer than expected, or, you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress at omp.com.au by following the prompts in your account. You will need to enter your freight consignment number in and the ensuing search results should show you the current status of your order, and, it’s physical location. If your order is severely overdue please contact our Customer Service Team on (08) 8186 0899 between 9am and 5pm (CST), Monday to Friday. Do you offer Drop Shipping?

No we do not offer drop shipping options directly to your customer.

How can I start selling your brands in my hobby store?

If you are a hobby store interested in selling our exciting RC brands, you can apply to become part of our dealer network online. Firstly, please complete the "Dealer Application Form" that can be found on our website. This application is an initial application; you will be notified via email upon the successful processing of your Initial Application, and if successful, O'Reilly Model Products will contact you directly should further information be required.

I am a retail customer, where can I buy your products?

OMP distributes our brands all over Australia. Please use the 'store locator' tool to find a local hobby shop in your area. Alternatively you can purchase from a range of Australian Online Retailers.
